What the rule says, since 2 August 2026

Platforms have their own AI labels. Follow those as well.

What is inside

  1. Log each asset

Title, channel, date, type, AI tool and how AI was used.

  2. Decide in a minute

A few questions give a suggestion: label required, reduced label, the text rule, or likely outside. Your reasoning is saved.

  3. Copy the label

Short and medium wording with a note on where to place it.

  4. Check again

Mark doubtful assets and get a reminder list with due and overdue reviews.

  5. Export the register

HTML or CSV for clients and records, JSON for backup and import.

Questions

Does it tell me for sure whether I need a label?

No. It gives a suggestion based on your answers and saves your reasoning. Not legal advice.

Does it cover hobby creators?

It is made for professional use. Whether individual hobby creators count as deployers acting professionally is not settled.

Where is my data stored?

Only in your browser. Export the register to keep a record or share it with a client.
